Terms of service

Luapot is a developer tool for packaging and distributing Lua scripts that you own. Features include VM-level obfuscation, per-user key issuance, hardware binding, and a Discord command surface.

You may only upload code that you have the legal right to distribute. You agree not to upload malware, credential stealers, code that violates another platform's terms of service, or code designed to harm third parties. We reserve the right to suspend any account found to be in violation.

Accounts are created through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Free tier accounts are subject to published quotas (project count, scripts per project, monthly obfuscations). Abuse of quotas via multiple accounts is grounds for termination.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantee that obfuscation is unbreakable or that scripts will always be reachable. The service may be interrupted for maintenance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luapot is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 72 hours.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard at least seven days before taking effect.
